The See Food Diet


Some of us have the tendency to eat whenever we see food. We use parties as an excuse to stuff our selves.


Eat only when you are hungry.


Be aware that the benefits of a whole week of dieting can be wasted by just one day’s party food.


So, whenever you are offered something to eat don’t decline it completely, just have a nibble, that way you won’t offend anybody, yet at the same time you can watch your diet.
